Your information in Yellow
This pilot helps you prepare for appointments, receive materials, and share check-ins with Aline. Yellow does not diagnose, recommend treatment, or provide urgent care.
Who can see your answers?
You and your practitioner can see your intake, check-ins and private feedback. Authorised Yellow operators may access information to support the service. Your information is stored in a private Supabase database in Frankfurt, EU. Uploaded files are private and require signed-in access.
Brevo sends sign-in codes and generic notifications. Your answers, personal notes and files are not included in those emails. Replies go directly to Aline's configured inbox.
Reviews
Private feedback stays private. A public review requires separate consent and Yellow moderation. Only your first name and surname initial are used.
Access and deletion
Contact Aline by replying to a Yellow email to request a copy, correction or deletion of your pilot information, or to withdraw review consent. Requests are handled manually during this experiment.
Testing
This version is for testing with fictional information. Retention dates, practitioner-approved intake questions, local-language privacy copy and data-processing arrangements must be confirmed before real-client use.
This workspace is not continuously monitored. For urgent concerns, contact your usual care provider or local emergency service.
